Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items once they have been shipped or delivered.

Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to remedy the situation, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Melted Chocolate

Please note that we are not responsible for chocolate that melts during transit. We take great care in packaging our products to withstand shipping conditions, but we cannot control external factors such as weather and delivery delays. We recommend ordering chocolate products during cooler months or selecting Priority shipping options during warmer weather. Priority Shipping includes 1 to 2 complimentary ice packs as needed.

How to Report an Issue

If you experience a problem with your order that is due to our error, please contact us at sweetamericantreatco@gmail.com, with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
